Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed as quickly as possible, usually within a reasonable timeframe. Orders placed after 6:00 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, and other factors beyond our control.

• Express Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available, and estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at checkout.

Under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002, we are required to deliver goods within 30 days of the promised delivery date unless otherwise agreed upon. If we are unable to meet this timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected. Free shipping may be available for some orders . International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes upon delivery.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
