No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any products purchased through our website. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exchanges & Defective Products

We accept exchanges or replacements under the following conditions:

Items must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Personalized or final sale products are not eligible for exchanges. If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at supersandbeach@gmail.com with proof (photos or description). We will assess the claim and offer a replacement if necessary.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

• Gift cards

• Final sale or clearance items

• Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)

• Personalized or custom-made products

How to Initiate an Exchange

To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service at supersandbeach@gmail.com with your order details.

2. Wait for exchange approval and instructions.

3. Ship the product back using a trackable method.

4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

5. Once received and inspected, we will process the exchange as applicable.

Under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002, customers have rights regarding defective products, misrepresentation, or undelivered goods.

If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario.
